Performance Finance had a very solid year - Our lending increased 12.3% on 2009.

With the back drop of a tough economy and a restricted lending market we were delighted to buck the trend and provide a helpful boost for our clients. In total we have now lent over £75m to Dentists, Vets & Opticians in the UK.

Other highlights included:

Attending 9 more exhibitions throughout the year.
In so doing we managed to engage with our clients and prospects far more than ever before.

This really helped us to understand their needs and going forward we’ll be doing the same again this year.

Adding 17 new introducers to our network.
Introducers include suppliers, accountants and other referral sources within the industry that have each decided to recommend Performance Finance and it's services above other lenders.

We are naturally delighted to welcome so many new introducers to our network and it will be a real challenge to improve on this in 2011.

We continue to grow and as such will be recruiting a Sales Support co-ordinator to help manage the increasing number of enquiries. Details to follow in the next issue.

It’s worth noting that the reduction in AIA from £100,000 to £25,000 will start from April this year.  This is on a sliding scale based on your year end and will cover 2 accounting periods. It’s therefore worth talking to us early to ensure we maximise your allowances through this transition period.
